Establish Policy

AL SAROOJ KOREA recognizes that it can only achieve its objectives if the operational performances of its activities along with the supplied services / products meet the requirements of our customer as set forth in their specification, contractual documents and other written instructions.

Responsibility for achieving Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements ultimately rests with the Chairman and General Manager of the Establishment. This responsibility shall be delegated through the line management organization. As an essential part of the Establishment’s day-to-day management, every manager shall be responsible for ensuring that adequate resources are made available to achieve this policy. The policy shall be communicated to all levels in the organization, and every employee will be encouraged to support, and be fully committed to its implementation.

maintains an Environmental Management System to improve
its environmental management and ultimately to reduce
the environmental impacts of its operations, activities, products and services.

The establishment is committed to the following

  • To comply with all the applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice and other legal requirements to which the company subscribes. To achieve and maintain compliance, we will develop and maintain management system for identifying relevant requirements and for monitoring performance of related activities.
  • To set objectives and measures for Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Performance.
  • To implement any recommendations from the Audits, HSE site visits and data analysis results. Periodically review the effectiveness/performance of the HSE management system and the continuing suitability of this policy.

The AL SAROOJ KOREA Policy statement shall be prominently posted in each work area and public area at each AL SAROOJ KOREA location. Communication of the Establishment Policy shall be included in the HSE awareness training provided to all employees. The communication shall include contents of the policy, it’s meaning and the employee’s role and responsibility to comply with the policy. For all new employees, HSE awareness and communication of the establishment policy shall be included in the new employee’s induction training.

To protect the public from the possibility of injury or ill health occurring as a consequence of company’s activities by taking proper control measures for such identified risks. All employees will receive appropriate induction training that will include the standard introduction program, making them aware of their statutory duties, the emergency procedures and an explanation of the Company policy.
